Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research Scholarships in UAE, 2018

The Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research (DHFMR) is offering a limited number of partial scholarships on the basis of merit and financial need. These scholarships will be funded at 25%-50% of tuition to pursue clinical research training.

The Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research (DHFMR) supports cutting-edge collaborative research, and seeks to establish sustainable research and education programs focused on diseases relevant to the population in the broader Middle East region.

The candidate should have a very good command of English language. Therefore, the application should be written in English.

Scholarship Description:

  • Application Deadline: October 5, 2018
  • Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing research training programme.
  • Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded for clinical research.
  • Scholarship Award: For qualified program candidates, limited tuition support is available in the form of 25% to 50% tuition reductions. Tuition reductions are awarded to students based on merit and eligibility.
  • Nationalities: Priority is given to candidates from the United Arab Emirates, but candidates from the GCC and MENA region (Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, West Bank and Gaza, Yemen) are also eligible to apply.
  • Number of Scholarships: The Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research (DHFMR) offers a limited number of partial scholarships to selected candidates.
  • Scholarship can be taken in the UAE

Eligibility for the Scholarship:

  • Eligible Countries: Priority is given to candidates from the United Arab Emirates, but candidates from the GCC and MENA region (Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, West Bank and Gaza, Yemen) are also eligible to apply.
  • Entrance Requirements: Priority is given to candidates from the United Arab Emirates, but candidates from the GCC and MENA region (Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, West Bank and Gaza, Yemen) and candidates living and working in the GCC and MENA region, regardless of nationality, will also be considered. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit and financial need.
  • English Language Requirements: The candidate should have a very good command of English language. Therefore, the application should be written in English.
