The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates is offering full scholarships to pursue the bachelor’s degree from 2018-2019. This scholarship is offered at selected high-level universities in the following 16 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, America.
The initiative aims to provide future diplomats with good educational experience in areas of strategic importance to the ministry.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) reflects the bright face and character of the UAE Society and serves as its window to the outer world, communicating the thoughts and vision of the UAE leadership, asserting the values of peaceful coexistence, and lending help and assistance for all those who might need it.
If English is not your first language then you will need to show that your English language skills are at a high enough level to succeed in your studies.

Eligibility for the Scholarship:
- Eligible Countries: Students from UAE are eligible to apply.
- Entrance Requirements: Interested candidates wishing to apply for scholarships are required to work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after graduation for a period of equal years of study abroad, provided that this period is not less than three years. They must maintain a cumulative average of 3.0 or equivalent throughout the study period, receive at least 12 credit hours per semester, and join the summer training or workplace specified by the ministry. The acceptance process will also include many other assessments and circumstances.
