Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and NBCUniversal’ THE BEST MAN HOLIDAY will offer financial assistance to five outstanding college students at an accredited United States college or university in USA. US citizens or legal permanent resident are eligible for this scholarship. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. will receive a scholarship of $1,760 in the Spring 2014 school semester for financial assistance towards their education.
