In today’s scenario health problems are arising so fast and people are facing heart problems so frequently. University of Reading with FutureLearn is offering free online course to improve your knowledge of how the heart works, the effects of heart disease and what you can do to avoid it. This is a four week course to better understand your own heart. Resources as up to date statistics, patient leaflets and videos describing many of the tests that cardiac patients undergo will also be highlighted. Applicants will have Hands-on exercises to understand your own heart. Each week you’ll have the opportunity to get hands on and do practical activities, helping you to apply the knowledge you’ll gain on the course, to better understand your own heart.
