Eligible Students: Scholarship is available for the undergraduates, graduates and PhD students having the major field as geology.
Courses: Scholarship is available to undergraduates, graduates and PhD students.
Award Details: Scholarship offers a $2000 award to a PhD degree, undergraduate and masters degree candidate.

Al Golden Memorial Scholarship for Geology  
Scholarship Provider: North Dakota Petroleum Council, USA
Eligible Students: To be eligible,m students must be undergraduates majoring in geology, earth science, geological engineering, petroleum engineering, energy economics and finance, process plant technology, energy management, petroleum production, mechanical maintenance, water and wastewater, and instrumentation and control at a North Dakota college/university, or have work/internship experience in the oil and gas industry.
Courses: Scholarship is available for pursuing undergraduate programme.
Award Details: The North Dakota Petroleum Council awarded nine $2,000 scholarships for the 2015-2016 school year. Recipients will receive $1,000.00 for the fall semester and $1,000.00 for the spring semester.
Application Deadline: Scholarship applications will open on January 1, 2016.

Barry Goldwater Scholarship for Geology 
Scholarship Provider: Barry Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education Fund, USA
Eligible Students: Scholarship is available for a full-time matriculated sophomore or junior pursuing a degree at an accredited institution of higher education during 2015-2016 academic area.
Courses: Scholarship is available for pursuing undergraduate degree program.
Award Details: Scholarship covers a maximum of 1 year (2 semesters) of support.

Alaska Geological Society Geology Scholarships
Scholarship Provider: Alaska Geological Society, USA
Eligible Students: Eligible students must be enrolled at an accredited institute of higher education and have status as a BA, BS, MS, or PhD candidate in geoscience or equivalent degree program.
