Applications are invited for Fulbright Foreign Student Program from applicants from Turkmenistan for academic year 2017-2018. Scholarship is available to pursue master degree programme.

Funded by the U.S. Government, the Fulbright Programme aims at achieving mutual understanding through academic and cultural exchange.

Fulbright scholarships will be awarded to applicants who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership qualities, and a commitment to improving cross cultural relations through international exchange.

Applicants must have proficiency in English appropriate to enroll and study as a graduate student at a university in the United States. All candidates will need to take a TOEFL exam with a minimum 550 score received on paper based test, as well as a GRE test -In some cases a GMAT will be necessary instead of the GRE.

Course Level: Scholarship is available to pursue master degree programme.

Study Subject: Applications are accepted in all disciplines and fields except medicine.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to apply for this scholarship:-
-a university degree and corresponding diploma with transcript;
-proficiency in English appropriate to enroll and study as a graduate student at a university in the United States. All candidates will need to take a TOEFL exam with a minimum 550 score received on paper based test, as well as a GRE test -In some cases a GMAT will be necessary instead of the GRE
-a minimum of 2 years of work experience;
-current U.S. residents are ineligible for the program.

Nationality: Applicants from Turkmenistan are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have a university degree and corresponding diploma with transcript.

English language/ Test Requirements: Applicants must have proficiency in English appropriate to enroll and study as a graduate student at a university in the United States. All candidates will need to take a TOEFL exam with a minimum 550 score received on paper based test, as well as a GRE test -In some cases a GMAT will be necessary instead of the GRE.

English proficiency form: This can either be filled out by a native English speaker, or by a representative of the U.S. Embassy after the interview (if you are invited to the interview).

TOEFL/GRE/GMAT tests – As part of the selection process, you will need to take these tests (TOEFL/GRE for most candidates, TOEFL/GMAT for MBA candidates).

Supporting Material: Applicants have to submit the following documents along with application form:
-Recommendation forms
-All supplementary forms written in a language other than English will need to be translated. Translations and originals must be scanned into a single document no bigger than 2MB.
-Please note – all documents issued in a language other than English must have an official English language translation. The scanned original and the translation must be in a single document no larger than 2MB. Do not send any originals to the U.S. Embassy.
-English proficiency form.
