University of Bradford is pleased to offer Academic Excellence Scholarships for postgraduate taught Home/EU students. These scholarships are available for pursuing full-time taught MSc and MA courses in September 2016.

The University of Bradford is a public, plate glass university located in the city of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England.
The standard University requirement is IELTS 6.0 with no sub-test less than 5.0 (or equivalent).
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing full-time taught MSc and MA courses at the University of Bradford.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study all the subjects offered by the university.
Scholarship Award: There are two types of scholarships:
Home/EU PGT Academic Excellence Scholarships- The scholarship is worth £1,500 and is given as a fee reduction. The award is valid for one year only.
Professor Rae Earnshaw 50th Anniversary Scholarships- The scholarship is given as a full fee waiver of £5,990 and is valid for one year only.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following guidelines:
-Self-funding students paying Home/EU fees
-Students must achieve at least first-class Honours in their undergraduate studies, or the European equivalent.
Nationality: Home/EU students can apply for these scholarships.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement: Students must achieve at least first-class Honours in their undergraduate studies, or the European equivalent.
Test Requirement: No
English Language Requirement: The standard University requirement is IELTS 6.0 with no sub-test less than 5.0 (or equivalent). However, if applicants require a Tier 4 (student) visa to study, tehy will need to meet the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) department’s requirement which is currently IELTS 6.0 with no sub-test less than 5.5. Conditional offers to international students will be made on this basis.
Supporting Material: Students should not complete application form unless they have already been offered a place to study at the University of Bradford starting in September 2016. Please enclose a copy of offer letter. University will also need the following supporting documents, along with any other information specified on the course page:
-Degree certificates/transcripts
-Research proposal (if required)
-Two references (including one academic reference)
-Evidence of English language level (if required)
-A copy of passport
How to Apply: The student fills out and sends the application form to/via post or by e-mail.
Application Deadline: The deadline for application is 1st July 2016.
