King’s College London is offering, ‘Singapore Scholarship Fund to undertake an undergraduate or postgraduate programme. Home and Singaporean students are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.

The objective of King’s College London is to manage the student life cycle from admission to graduation and to ensure a coherent and seamless student experience and effective administrative process.
If applicants’ first language is not English they must be able to provide recent evidence that their spoken and written command of the English language is adequate for the programmes for which they have applied.
Course Level: Scholarship is available to undertake an undergraduate or postgraduate programme.

Scholarship Award: The scholarship is intended to help support the winner with the cost of studying. Two scholarships will be offered – one for undergraduate students and one for postgraduate students: Undergraduate scholarship: The scholarship will be worth £20,000, payable over three year’s Postgraduate scholarship: The scholarship will be worth £10,000 per year.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for this scholarship:
Applications are invited from students who are either Home status, or who are ordinarily resident in Singapore, and who are:
-undertaking an undergraduate or postgraduate full-time programme at King’s, 2015 entry;
-undertaking a course at one of the faculties listed above;
-have firmly accepted an offer of a place in study from September 2016;
-have provided a written personal statement;
-have a household income of £42,600 or less (or equivalent);
-willing to provide an end of year report and a letter of thanks to the donor.
Nationality: Home and Singaporean students are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirements: Applications are invited from students who are either Home status, or who are ordinarily resident in Singapore, and who are undertaking an undergraduate or postgraduate full-time programme at King’s, 2015 entry.
English language Requirements: If applicant’s first language is not English applicants must be able to provide recent evidence that their spoken and written command of the English language is adequate for the programmes for which applicants have applied. The level of English language which the applicants are required to demonstrate is dependent upon the programme for which applicants have applied. The level of English required for each programme is denoted by a five-band system, each band corresponds to a level of English language competence.
Supporting Material: Applicants should sent the following documents:
-Evidence of household income/salaries – yourself/partner/spouse/parent/guardian
-Evidence of other Scholarships or Bursaries for your study at King’s
-Evidence of any Study Loans taken for your study at King’s
-Most recent Bank / Building Society statements for all accounts held, including savings for yourself/partner/sponsor
-Emailed word/pdf of personal statement.
