In partnership with Sydney University, Marsh & McLennan Companies is offering a full MBA scholarship entitled ‘Marsh and McLennan Women in Leadership MBA Scholarship’. These scholarships open to Australian females for August 2016 intake.
The aim of this scholarship is to provide funding for an advanced degree to an exceptional female who would not otherwise have had the means to do so.
The University of Sydney Business School is a world-class business school at the forefront of global business and management education.
The candidate should have a very good command over the English language.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing a master program at the University of Sydney.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the field of Business Administration.
Scholarship Award: The scholarship covers full tuition fees for the Master of Business Administration. The scholarship is tenable for a maximum four years of part-time study, where the recipient fulfills requirements for the award of the degree. The Recipient of the award must complete a minimum 18 credit points annually.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following guidelines:
- This scholarship is open to all women who meet the eligibility criteria for admission to the degree, Master of Business Administration. Applicants need not have applied for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) prior to applying for the scholarship. However, only those applicants deemed eligible for entry to the MBA via the prevailing admissions processes are eligible to be awarded the scholarship.
- Applicants with Australian citizenship, Australian permanent residency or New Zealand citizenship are eligible for admission to the Master of Business Administration.
Nationality: Australian and New Zealand citizens can apply for this scholarship.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement: An applicant for admission to candidature for the degree should have completed a bachelor’s degree, graduate diploma or other AQF Level 7 qualification with a minimum credit (65%) average, or equivalent at an institution approved by the School and at a standard acceptable to the School.
Test Requirement: No
English Language Requirement: The candidate should have a very good command of the English language.
Supporting Material: Before completing the entry form please make sure applicant have the following information:
- Academic qualification details i.e. completion year and grade average;
- A copy of official transcript from the Registrar of your previous institution (with English translation); (Note that original copies of transcripts must be provided on request or prior to interview.)
- A statement of motivation (no more than 1000 words) detailing the points listed above in step 1 of the selection process (PDF document).
- Curriculum Vitae detailing the points listed above in step 1 of the selection process (PDF document)
