Applications are invited for The Aurecon South Africa Bursary Scheme for Undergraduates. South African citizens are eligible to apply for this Bursary.
Aurecon aims to nurture young talent, providing budding engineers with the academic and practical support required to lead all individuals towards professional careers within the engineering field.
Aurecon brings ideas to life to design a better future. Imagining what is possible, they turn problems into solutions. Aurecon bursaries are awarded to deserving students for studies at various tertiary institutions in fields specifically related to the company’s activities.
In order to be eligible students must obtain and maintain a minimum of 70% aggregate.
Course Level: Bursary is available for pursuing the undergraduate program.
Study Subject: Bursary applies to undergraduate level degrees in the following fields:
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering.
Scholarship Award: Aurecon fund up to R90, 000.00 (subject to change) per annum to every bursary to support them in their studies. They also provide practical training applicable to the qualification, as required by their educational institution.
Scholarship can be taken in South Africa (Tshwane)
Eligibility: Requirements to be considered for Aurecon’s Bursary Programme are as follows:
| Grade 12 Students | 1st, 2nd, 3rd Year University Students |
| Valid South African ID | Valid South African ID |
| Grade 12 requirements: Mathematics (HG) and Physical Science (HG) | National Senior Certificate or Equivalent |
| Able to provide proof of “official “current academic results. You will require a 5 symbol or above for Mathematics and Physical Science | Students must obtain and maintain a minimum of 70% aggregate to be considered |
| Be accepted by the chosen university for the specific course as mentioned above. |
Nationality: South African citizens are eligible to apply for this Bursary.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirements: Applicants must be studying or intending to study BSc or BEng in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering undergraduate Degrees at recognized Universities in South Africa. Proof of registration/acceptance is required.
