The City of Chicago Scholarship is directed to students who are dependents of current or retired employees (parent, legal guardian, or foster parent) of the City of Chicago and their sister agencies.
Recipients must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, attend a four-year college or university, have a financial need, and has completed the parent/guardian application which can be found on the bottom right-hand side of this application home page in addition to the Student Application and the Reference Form.
