The University of Warwick has one award available to female LLM applicants who are nationals of and resident in Pakistan.
The University of Warwick is a public research university in Coventry, England. It was founded in 1965 as part of a government initiative to expand access to higher education.
Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing LLM programme.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the field of law.
Scholarship Award: The award will cover 50% of the tuition fee.
Scholarship can be taken in the UK
Eligibility: If applying for one of LLMs, University would normally expect student to have at least an upper second class honours degree in law or its equivalent from their home country.
Nationality: Women applicants from Pakistan can apply for this scholarship.
College Admission Requirement
English Language Requirement: If applicant’s first language is not English, they will be expected to obtain one of the following recognised English Language qualifications
- IELTS (British Council International Testing System) of at least 7.0 (Band B)
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) of at least 260 (computer based) or 105 (internet based)
- PTE score of 70+ overall (no component score below 51)
How to Apply: To apply, please email an application statement (maximum of 500 words) to s.e.prestleton-at-warwick.ac.uk outlining the reasons why student feel they deserve the award, along with their name and student ID. Successful applicants will be notified by the end of May.
Application Deadline: The application deadline is 31st March 2017.
