Applications are invited from basic scientists and clinicians wishing to undertake research with a focus on diabetes. Each fellowship is fully funded for three years. These prestigious fellowships are open to outstanding candidates of any nationality.
Two Postdoctoral Research Fellows and one Clinical Research Training Fellow as part of the Novo Nordisk fellowship are available at the University of Oxford.
It aims to support the development of a new generation of exceptional young diabetes researchers, who will become future leaders in the field, while further developing scientific excellence within diabetes and ultimately improving the lives of patients.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for scholarship:
Applicants for the postdoctoral fellowships must be no more than 3 years post PhD at the start of the fellowship (Spring 2017), and that the funding provided for the Clinical Research Training Fellowship will only cover home/EU PhD (DPhil) fees.
Nationality: Applicants of all nationalities are eligible to apply for these fellowships.
