2017 Master’s Scholarships in Architecture and Urbanism, Czech Republic

Architectural Institute in Prague is offering Master’s Scholarships in Architecture and Urbanism. Five students have a chance to get a scholarship, up to 90% reduction of tuition fee.

Architectural Institute in Prague a private international school of architecture in Prague, Czech Republic, established in 2010. The school offers instruction only in English and has an emphasis on international students and faculty.

Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing master’s programme.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the field of Architecture and Urbanism.

Scholarship Award: Students will receive up to 90% reduction of tuition fee.

Number of Scholarships: Five students have a chance to get a scholarship.

Scholarship can be taken in the Czech Republic

Eligibility: Applicants for the Master’s programme must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a relevant programme from another accredited school of architecture/design/engineering.

Nationality: EU citizens can apply for these scholarships.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: The candidate’s abilities, skills and knowledge for study at the Master´s level at ARCHIP will be assessed in an admission review, based on online submission of following documents listed in STEPS 1 – 6.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirement: Document proving the satisfactory level of English proficiency through one of the following four options:

  • TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreigner Language) IBT with a minimum score of 79 points; TOEFL Paper with the minimum of 550 points; TOEFL CBT with the minimum score of 213 points.
  • IELTS Academic version (International English Language Testing Service, British Council) with a minimum score of 6.5 points
  • CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) C1 level
  • Cambridge Exam (Certificate in Advanced English or Certificate of Proficiency in English from University of Cambridge)

How to Apply: The mode of applying is online. Applicants must upload the following three attachments:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • A recent passport-style photo of yourself
  • Transcript of records from your previous relevant Bachelor´s level education (in the fields of architecture, planning, landscape architecture, industrial design or civil engineering) and your Bachelor´s Level Diploma (if your Bachelor´s Level studies were successfully completed)
