Applications are invited for Centre for the Business and Economics of Health (CBEH) PhD scholarships to study at the University of Queensland in Australia. Australian and Permanent Residents or NZ citizens are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.

Course Level: Scholarships are available to pursue Ph.D. programme.
Study Subject: The first of these two scholarships will be provided to a PhD scholar to work on the economics of genomics, including genetic testing and genetic screening.
Scholarship Award: The University of Queensland is offering two outstanding students a living scholarship of $36,682 per annum, (indexed annually) for four years in a PhD in health economics with the Centre for the Business and Economics of Health, Australia’s only research center dedicated to the business and economics of health.
Number of Scholarships: Two scholarships are available.
Scholarship can be taken in Australia
Eligibility: Applicants will be high achieving individuals who will have the following:
- An honour or Masters degree in economics or econometrics; or
- an honours degree in a double-degree program that includes at least one business discipline (e.g. commerce) and one other discipline (e.g. law, biotechnology, health).
Nationality: Australian and Permanent Residents or NZ citizens are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.
