Eligibility
- Eligible Countries: All nationalities.
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: Postdoctoral study for at least one year in a world-leading laboratory in a field different from their existing area of expertise.
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must have to meet the following criteria:
- Have conducted their graduate degree in the natural sciences (Astronomy, Biology – including Neurobiology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth Sciences), Engineering, Mathematics, or Computing – and all sub-disciplines therein.
- Have completed or expect to complete all of the requirements for the conferral of their PhD in one of these fields between 1 May 2019 and 30 June 2020. Note: to be nominated by UBC, candidates must have received (or will receive) their PhD from UBC.
