The main purpose of this programme is to attract high-achieving students to undertake a Masters in Law degree programme at the Chinese University.

The Hong Kong Chinese University was formally founded in 1963 by a Charter of the Hong Kong Legislative Council and it is a public research university in Shatin, Hong-Kong.
