The Dublin City University offers scholarships and bursaries within the Faculty of Engineering and Computing for the 2016/17 academic year. The scholarship is available to qualified high achieving Indian students.

The aim of the DCU International Student India Scholarships is to enable and encourage academically able students from India.

The New DCU will be better equipped to support its approximately 16,000 students with a continuing focus on personal, academic and professional life-skill development.

Course Level: These awards are aimed at Indian students starting their Masters programmes.

Study Subject: Scholarships are tenable in Masters programmes in Faculty of Engineering and Computing.

List of subjects: Electronic Engineering, MEng in Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, MEng in Mechatronic Engineering, MSc in Computing, MSc in Electronic Commerce (Technical), Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.

Scholarship Award: Each scholarship is worth €1,000

Scholarship can be taken at: Ireland

Eligibility: The Scholarship is open to Indian students.

The Faculty of Engineering and Computing automatically awards scholarships to students entering Masters programmes presenting a Bachelor degree with a first class at 70% and above.

Nationality: Scholarships are offered to citizens of India. The Faculty of Engineering and Computing automatically awards scholarships to students entering Masters programmes presenting a Bachelor degree with a first class at 70% and above.

College Admission Requirement: Applicants can apply online for admission. In order to ensure the highest level of performance when using the online registration option, the Information Systems and Services (ISS) Department recommend that you use the following configuration:
-Broadband Internet connection
-Web Browser – Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher
-Windows 2000 operating system or a more recent version
-Please also ensure that “Pop-Up’s” are not blocked by your web browser.

The Information Systems and Services Department (ISS) cannot guarantee that other browsers or connection speeds will deliver the level or service required to use the online registration option.
