BPP University Scholarships

Amos Bursary BPP Scholarship

The Amos Bursary is dedicated to empowering state educated young men of African and Caribbean heritage to realise their career ambitions. The Amos Bursary works in partnership with volunteers and supporters to deliver programmes that help students achieve successful performance at university, and enhance their ability to thrive in a competitive world. The Amos Bursary BPP Scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and is valid for the duration of your programme.

Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship

The Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship is open to any student who has applied to study an undergraduate or postgraduate BPP University programme. To apply for this scholarship applicants must have applied to study an undergraduate or postgraduate programme at BPP University. The Vice Chancellor’s Scholarships covers the full cost of tuition and is valid for the duration of your programme.

Undergraduate Excellence Bursary

BPP University’s Undergraduate Excellence Bursary is for UK/EU students achieving ABB or higher in their A-levels or equivalent qualifications. BPP University’s Excellence Bursary is worth £1,000 per year, which will be applied towards the fees of your undergraduate degree. To be eligible for this bursary applicant must be a first year UK/EU student who has accepted a place on a BPP University undergraduate programme.

Dean of the Business School Scholarship Vice-Chancellor-Scholarships-BPP-University-United-Kingdom

The Dean of the Business School Scholarship is a competitive award aimed at high achieving students who can demonstrate the highest standard of academic excellence and commitment to their chosen career within business. The Dean of the Business School Scholarship is worth £6,000, which will be applied towards the first year’s fees. To apply for this scholarship applicant must have applied for a place on a relevant BPP University undergraduate programme.

Director of Programmes (Accounting and Finance – Postgraduate) Scholarship

The Director of Programmes (Accounting and Finance – Postgraduate) Scholarship is available to new students applying for an MSc Accounting and Finance programme, who can demonstrate the highest standard of academic excellence and commitment to their chosen career in accounting and finance. The Director of Programmes (Accounting and Finance – Postgraduate) Scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and is valid for the duration of the programme.

Director of Programmes (Business Management – Postgraduate) Scholarship

The Director of Programmes (Business Management – Postgraduate) Scholarship is available to new students applying for an MSc Management programme, who can demonstrate the highest standard of academic excellence and commitment to their chosen career in management. The Director of Programmes (Business Management – Postgraduate) Scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and is valid for the duration of the programme. To apply for this scholarship applicant must have applied for a place on a relevant BPP University MSc programme.

Dean of the School of Health Scholarship

The Dean of the School of Health Scholarship is a competitive award aimed at high achieving students who can demonstrate the highest standard of academic excellence and commitment to their chosen career. Dean of the School of Foundation & English Language Studies Scholarship

The Dean of the School of Foundation and English Language Studies Scholarship is a competitive award aimed at international students who hold an IELTS of 6.0 (or equivalent) and can demonstrate that they have overcome hardship or difficulty. The Dean of the School of Foundation & English Language Studies Scholarship is worth £3,000, which will be applied towards the fees of any International Foundation Certificate.

The Director of Programmes’ Scholarship for English Language Studies is worth £1,000, which will be applied towards the fees. To apply for this scholarship applicant must be an international student; meet the admission requirements for the relevant programme.

Law School Dean’s Scholarship

The Law School Dean’s Scholarship is available to any student looking to study on the GDL or LPC programme The Law School Dean’s Scholarship is worth £6,000. To apply for this scholarship applicant must have applied for, and been offered a place on the LPC or GDL in January 2015 or September 2015.

Director of LLB Programmes’ Scholarship

BPP University’s Director of LLB Programmes’ Scholarship is open to students applying to study our LLB (Hons), LLB (Hons) International Commercial Law or LLB (Hons) [Distance Learning] programmes at one of our five Law Schools or via distance learning.  It is aimed at high achieving students who can demonstrate the highest standard of academic excellence and commitment to their chosen career within law. The Director of LLB Programmes’ Scholarships is worth £6,000, which will be applied towards the first year’s fees. To apply for this scholarship applicant must have applied for a place on a relevant BPP University undergraduate programme.

International Postgraduate Bursary

BPP University’s International Postgraduate Bursary is for international students who hold an offer for a BPP University postgraduate programme and who hold a first class honours (or the equivalent) at undergraduate level. To apply for this bursary students must be an international student and have applied for a postgraduate programme at BPP University; hold a first class honours at undergraduate level. The International Postgraduate Bursary is worth £1,000, which will be applied towards the fees of your postgraduate programme.

Director of LLM Programmes’ Scholarship

The Director of LLM Programmes’ Scholarship is available to new students applying for an LLM programme, who can demonstrate the highest standard of academic excellence and commitment to their chosen career in law. The Director of LLM Programmes’ Scholarship is worth £2,000, which will be applied towards the first year’s fees of any LLM programme. To apply for this scholarship aplicants must have applied for a place on a relevant BPP University LLM programme.

Director of GDL programmes Scholarship

This scholarship is available to prospective GDL students and is awarded on merit. For September there are the following Director of GDL Programmes scholarships: Five full scholarships, Seven scholarships worth up to £3,000. For January there are the following Director of GDL Programmes scholarships: Five full scholarships.

Director of LPC Programmes Scholarship

This scholarship is available to prospective LPC students and is awarded on merit. To apply for this scholarship applicants must have applied for, and been offered a place on the LPC; and applicants must have a first class or 2:1 degree. For September there are the following Director of LPC Programmes Scholarships: Five full scholarships, Seven scholarships worth up to £3,000. For January there are the following Director of LPC Programmes Scholarships: Five full scholarships.

LPC Legal Aid Scholarship

The LPC Legal Aid Scholarship is open to any student who has obtained a 2:1 or above on their undergraduate degree and has applied to study the LPC at BPP University. This scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and is valid for the duration of your programme. To apply for this scholarship you must have applied for, and been offered a place on the LPC for September 2015; applicants must have a first or 2.1 in your undergraduate degree.

The Cohen Scholarship

The Cohen Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship open to those who wish to do their GDL and LPC or BPTC at BPP University Law School in Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham or Manchester in September 2015. The value of the scholarship is £5,000, representing a £2,500 reduction in your GDL fees and a £2,500 reduction in your LPC or BPTC fees (on condition that you remain with BPP and attain a commendation or above in your GDL programme).

Pro Bono Awards

These scholarships are for our current GDL and LLB students looking to progress to an LPC that have already demonstrated a commitment to Pro Bono activities. There are two Pro Bono Awards available both worth £4,000. To apply for these scholarships applicant must be currently studying the GDL or LLB at BPP University Law School.

Regional Law Scholarships

The Regional Law Scholarships are for any GDL or LPC student looking study in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Cambridge and Manchester. There are five Regional Law Scholarships worth £3,000 for January and six Regional Law Scholarships worth £3,000 for September. To apply for this scholarship applicants must have applied for and been offered a place on the GDL or LPC.
