Keele University is offering scholarships for master students in the field of Environmental Sustainability and Green Technology. Scholarships are open for Kenyan students.
The overarching aim of establishing the Keele University was to transform the public higher education to improve quality and efficiency of teaching and learning, creating a world-class higher learning institution.

Applicants may be required to produce evidence of their English language ability.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing master (MSc) degree level at Keele University in UK
Study Subject: Scholarship will be awarded in Environmental Sustainability and Green Technology (September 2016 start).
Scholarship Award: The scholarship covers:
• Full tuition fees for one year
• On campus accommodation
• Contribution toward living expenses
• One return airfare from Kenya (economy class)

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for scholarship:
-The scholarship is only available for the MSc Environmental Sustainability and Green Technology
-Candidates must be a national of Kenya and not currently be living or studying in a developed country. Candidates who have already had the opportunity of studying for one year or more outside of Kenya will not be eligible
-Candidates must have a First Class Honours Degree
-Candidates must demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
-Academic qualifications
-English Language ability
-Understanding of the course and motivation to study at Keele
-Extra-curricular or work experience in a relevant field
-Candidates will be required to prove their nationally and show that without this scholarship they would be unable to study in the UK
-If applicants are holding a conditional offer from Keele – that is, they need to complete some qualifications – they can still apply for a scholarship. Depending on their other information, they may wait for their academic results before making a decision.
Nationality: The students of Kenya can apply for these scholarships.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirements: Candidates must have a First Class Honours Degree.
English language Requirements: In addition to academic qualifications, applicants may be required to produce evidence of their English language ability. Applicants need to demonstrate that they have a good level of written and spoken English before taking up a place here. Any offer of scholarship will be conditional upon applicants meeting the academic and English language requirements for their chosen course as set out in the offer letter.
